Hamburger Buns

I have been to many burger places since we moved to America in 2002. Some of them were not even worth remembering, some were good, a few were very good, but only one or two places served burgers on decent buns. And it always surprised me - bread is much cheaper than meat, so what's the point in cutting corners and ruining a potentially great burger? In New Hampshire, we did not carry hamburger buns as a regular item, but in Texas, where cattle is abundant and oak trees are plenty, burger buns become a whole other story... With sesame seeds or buttery finish, our buns can accomodate the juciest burger without getting soggy.
